Kia ora, I’m Yan Kang Lim, but I usually go by YK. Born and raised in Malaysia, I moved to Dunedin and graduated from the University of Otago.
I’m passionate about providing general dental care as well as focusing on my patients’ overall well-being, as I believe being a dentist is more than just treating teeth. With my multicultural background and compassionate nature, I focus on delivering patient-centered care and am always eager to give back to this supportive community.
In my free time, I enjoy playing badminton to stay active and baking treats to share with friends and colleagues.
